The Opportunity
Adobe is seeking talented Software Engineers across multiple teams to plan, design, develop, and test software systems and applications for enhancements and new products used in cloud, local, networked, and internet-based environments.
What You’ll Do
- Develop high-performance, reliable, testable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in design, coding, code reviews, testing, bug fixing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers through daily or weekly stand-ups.
- Support team members with feedback and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required by the project or team.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.
- Strong technical background and problem-solving skills.
- Interest or experience in AI/ML concepts (preferred).
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, jQuery (preferred).
- Experience with DevOps in a SaaS environment (preferred).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for engineering excellence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation
The U.S. salary range is $133,900 – $242,000 annually, varying by location, experience, and job-related skills. Recruiters provide precise details during the hiring process.
Non-sales roles include base salary + Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Eligibility for long-term incentives may apply, including equity awards.
