Description
The Membership Science and Optimization Team focuses on strategy and analytics to boost acquisition and improve engagement with cardmembers. The goal is to deliver relevant content through preferred channels while maintaining profitability. This team is central to U.S. Consumer Marketing growth, expanding value across channels and maximizing marketing ROI. With a diverse skill set and broad responsibilities, it drives multiple growth initiatives for the U.S. consumer card business.
How Will You Make an Impact in This Role?
This role requires strong data-driven decision-making, statistical knowledge, and strategic thinking. It is an exciting opportunity to work within consumer card marketing and use analytics to support business growth. You will build actionable strategies, working closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other partners. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Minimum Qualifications
Past Experience
- 0–1 years of relevant analytics experience
Academic Background
- Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Finance
- Master’s degree or similar professional qualification preferred
Functional Skills / Capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive results; self-starter
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Technical Skills / Capabilities
- Experience with Hive, SQL, SAS, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office
