About the Role
The VP/LFO (Lead Financial Officer), Rewards Finance leads a team responsible for the planning, reporting, forecasting, and analytics for one of the largest P&L items at American Express. This high-visibility role involves overseeing US Rewards and Global Ultimate Redemption Rate (URR) models, working at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Business leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all planning, forecasting, and predictive modeling efforts for Global Rewards programs.
