The Opportunity
We are seeking a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director for a premier 23-hospital academic health system in Cleveland. This leadership role is responsible for the overall success of client relationships and operational excellence across a large-scale, nationally recognized healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Client Executive and main point of contact for the health system’s leadership.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies to accelerate business results in clinical engineering.
- Oversee contractual obligations ensuring services are predictable, reliable, and repeatable.
- Manage large-scale budgets and perform financial risk assessments to initiate strategic action plans.
- Enforce safety programs and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
- Support succession planning and mentor a diverse workforce across multiple levels of the organization.
- Address Cybersecurity challenges to protect medical devices and healthcare provider data.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
