The Opportunity

We are seeking a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director for a premier 23-hospital academic health system in Cleveland. This leadership role is responsible for the overall success of client relationships and operational excellence across a large-scale, nationally recognized healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Client Executive and main point of contact for the health system’s leadership.
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies to accelerate business results in clinical engineering.
  • Oversee contractual obligations ensuring services are predictable, reliable, and repeatable.
  • Manage large-scale budgets and perform financial risk assessments to initiate strategic action plans.
  • Enforce safety programs and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
  • Support succession planning and mentor a diverse workforce across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Address Cybersecurity challenges to protect medical devices and healthcare provider data.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Leadership: 7+ years of Management and Functional experience in a large healthcare environment.
  • Expertise: Proven success in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM).
  • Cybersecurity: Working knowledge of security solutions for medical device protection.
  • Business Acumen: Superior proficiency in budget management, decision-making, and client governance.
