Position Summary

Concentrix is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join the Technical Products and Services team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of custom applications and reusable components on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on modernizing and simplifying customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom applications using JavaScript (Client/Server-side), Glide Script, HTML, and CSS.
• Architect solutions within ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM modules.
• Build and optimize Service Portals and Configurable Workspaces using UI Builder and Playbooks.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems via Integration Hub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP, and LDAP/Active Directory.
• Configure core mechanics including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Manage collaborative development using Studio, Git, and CI/CD processes.
• Develop mobile experiences using Mobile App Builder (MAB) and Mobile Studio, including offline mode functionality.
• Monitor and tune system performance, optimizing complex queries and background scripts.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of ServiceNow development.
• Technical: Proficiency in XML, JSON, SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
• Industry (Preferred): Experience in railroad, transportation, or logistics environments.
• Certifications (Preferred): Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Good to Have: Knowledge of ITOM, Data Analytics (Tableau, Snowflake), or CSM/FSM modules.
