Job Description

The Staff Engineering Analyst (Gen AI Trust and Safety) role focuses on ensuring the safety, reliability, and ethical use of generative AI systems. You will work on identifying risks, improving AI models, and building data-driven safety solutions for large-scale AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and evaluation of Generative AI models and systems
• Identify safety risks and vulnerabilities in AI products
• Develop data-driven insights for improving AI safety and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, research, and policy
• Build tools and frameworks for AI testing and analysis
• Influence product and safety strategies across teams

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong experience in data analysis, AI/ML, or engineering roles
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R
• Experience in project or program management

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience in AI safety, trust & safety, or risk analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with experimentation and data modeling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
