Role Summary:

We are seeking a product-minded AI Engineer to design and build intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and enterprise knowledge systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to deploy production-grade GenAI systems that automate complex workflows and unlock mission-critical insights from technical data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Generative AI and RAG solutions leveraging complex engineering documents, technical specs, and quality records.
• Build AI-powered copilots, automated assistants, and custom agent-based workflows.
• Develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to securely integrate AI assistants with custom enterprise applications and databases.
• Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models to improve system accuracy and trustworthiness.
• Establish robust AI evaluation, monitoring, governance, and data privacy frameworks in production.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, IT, and procurement teams to map out high-value AI use cases.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years explicitly focused on Generative AI, LLMs, or RAG architectures in production.
• Frameworks: Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, document intelligence (multimodal/OCR), and responsible AI practices.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related engineering field.
• Industry Preference: Prior experience in regulated industries (Nuclear, Energy, Aerospace, Defense, or Manufacturing) is highly desired.
