About the Role
As a Fullstack Engineer 1 (Backend), you’ll join the Spend Management Team at Rippling — a team redefining the future of corporate expense management. You’ll focus on backend-heavy product development for the Reimbursement platform that integrates payments, AI systems, and payroll frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend services for the Reimbursement system.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver full-stack product experiences.
- Integrate APIs, payment systems, and approval workflows.
- Ensure system scalability as transaction volume grows exponentially.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Proficiency in Python, React, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
- Ability to collaborate and solve customer problems through technology.
Expected CTC / Compensation
Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 USD per year (plus benefits and equity based on location).
