The Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver analytical solutions for a wide range of business challenges. Teams work on multiple projects simultaneously using advanced analytics and problem-solving techniques. Recommendations are driven by rigorous research, deep expertise, and thought leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop advanced and statistically effective algorithms for high-dimensional problems.
• Apply hypothesis testing, machine learning, and data mining techniques to identify patterns and insights.
• Create visualizations, figures, and analytical summaries.
• Collaborate with clients and ZS stakeholders to communicate findings and integrate analysis into solutions.
• Evaluate emerging datasets and technologies that enhance analytical platforms.

What You’ll Bring:

• A master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with quantitative and analytical coursework.
• Knowledge of big data, analytical algorithms, text mining, social listening, recommender systems, and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/R).
• Experience with Hadoop ecosystem, AWS, or large database systems.
• Fluency in English.
