Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Data Analyst to drive business change across the organization. You will be expected to identify issues through rigorous data analysis and suggest actionable change activities. This role requires working closely with internal teams to develop processes and leverage data insights to accelerate business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis and provide fundamental insights to drive business decisions and performance.
  • Extract and present data to both technical and non-technical business domains.
  • Build, maintain, and automate Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and self-serve capabilities.
  • Define key metrics across different teams and establish robust tracking frameworks.
  • Proactively seek opportunities within data to accelerate departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Analyze and present reports aggregated from multiple, disparate data sources.
  • Ensure the absolute quality and integrity of data used for business reporting.
  • Prioritize and deliver on projects, trends, and specific data requests from stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience Level: Experienced professional with a background in data-driven change management.
  • Technical Orientation: Ability to build automated reporting systems and tracking frameworks.
  • Soft Skills: Strong collaborative mindset to work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
