Purpose of the Role

Work with product and business teams to understand business problems and deliver insights.
Gather, analyze, model, and interpret data to solve complex business issues.
Perform agile experimentation to build new product features and releases.
Use design thinking in building solutions.
Act as expert on diagnostic and predictive modeling & Machine Learning.
Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
Scale and industrialize solutions on cloud-based platforms.

Areas of Focus

Build data-science and algorithmic solutions for diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
Drive insights by connecting external and internal data sources.
Innovate new D&A methodologies to support global product pipelines.
Collaborate as a sole contributor across teams and markets.
Guide improvements in workflows, simplification, and standardization.

About You

Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or related fields.
Strong quantitative and statistical problem-solving skills.
Expertise in Regression, Time Series, Causal Inference, Simulation, Optimization.
Experience developing AI solutions using LLMs and Agents is a plus.
Proficient in Python and Spark.
Experience in client communication and requirement gathering.
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
Experience with Azure and Databricks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting mindset.
Ability to work independently and with global teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and SQL desirable.
