Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SDET to join a dynamic team in Roanoke, TX. This role requires an individual who can learn and adopt new technologies quickly, implementing them optimally in complex enterprise applications. You will work within small to medium-sized teams, contributing ideas and building robust automation solutions for both UI and API layers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support complex enterprise applications with a focus on testability and automation.
• Execute API Testing using REST-Assured and Cucumber frameworks.
• Handle complex validations on JSON data types using Core Java.
• Perform UI automation testing using Java Selenium and TypeScript with Playwright AI.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for database validation (CockroachDB and MongoDB experience is a plus).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate across peer groups to resolve intricate technical design issues and deconstruct requirement documents into software solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
• Core Java: Strong professional experience in Core Java SDET development is required.
• Automation: Proficiency in both Selenium (Java) and Playwright AI (TypeScript).
• Domain: Experience in Brokerage or Securities Trading is highly preferred.
• Communication: Ability to develop software based on prototypes, requirement docs, or verbal instructions.
