The Opportunity:
We are looking for a product-minded engineer to help us revolutionize the hundreds of billions spent on staffing annually. You will have end-to-end ownership of features and work with one of the most valuable datasets in recruiting to solve hiring at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intelligently match millions of candidates and companies using proprietary recruiter-driven data.
- Design monetary and social incentive structures to define how recruiters operate on the platform.
- Build core recruiter tooling: AI notetakers, email sequencing, and Chrome extensions.
- Create a new paradigm for candidate discovery, laying the foundation for the “next LinkedIn.”
- Execute creative “hacks” to acquire marketplace liquidity across new industries like Legal, Finance, and Healthcare.
- Work closely with the founders and a world-class team backed by investors from YouTube, Canva, and Instacart.
