About the Role – Trainee (People & Organization)
Join the Global Business Services team responsible for Hire-to-Retire services throughout the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on HR data excellence, employee experience, and compliance for global mobility and compensation processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor business travelers and manage associated compliance requirements
- Identify compliance and risk issues related to mobility, payroll, tax, and immigration
- Manage compensation data for global mobile employees
- Ensure accurate payroll and non-payroll assignment data is processed on time
- Partner with vendors and the Payroll team for seamless compensation delivery
- Support assignment management tools and maintain database accuracy
- Generate and review assignment documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with case managers to improve operational processes
Your Success is Grounded In
- B.Com / BBA / MBA or related qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel preferred)
- Detail-oriented mindset and confidentiality handling
- Ability to work with global teams
- Adaptive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
