Job Description

Company Overview

Greenlink Energy Solutions is a fast-growing, veteran-owned renewable energy leader dedicated to accelerating the clean energy transition. Operating with a comprehensive, building-science-driven 360° approach, Greenlink deploys customized solar, energy storage, high-efficiency HVAC, and insulation infrastructure across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a forward-thinking technologist to serve as our **AI & Automation Specialist**. This dual-focus, in-office role bridges the gap between leading internal digital transformation and maintaining smooth day-to-day IT systems. You will design and deploy automated internal frameworks while acting as a vital technology educator for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI & Automation Frameworks (Primary): Research, design, and deploy automated solutions for internal operational workflows, knowledge bases, and customer engagement.
  • Internal Training: Lead hands-on adoption and training sessions to ensure secure, responsible use of AI tools across all departments.
  • IT Systems Support (Secondary): Provide daily technical support for staff, including hardware, software, and local network troubleshooting.
  • Infrastructure Administration: Manage user credentials, system access, permissions, cloud instances, corporate VPNs, and foundational cybersecurity protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience working with applied machine learning, AI tools, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Tool Competency: Strong hands-on familiarity with Zapier, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent automation environments.
  • IT Skills: Experienced IT generalist with deep knowledge of Windows, Mac, cloud infrastructure, and localized networking.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills to successfully bridge technical workflows with non-technical business units.
