Role Summary:

Greif Packaging LLC is seeking a skilled and highly motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic AI Center of Excellence (CoE). This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying rapid Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Agentic AI applications using a combination of no-code, low-code, and advanced developer SDKs. You will transition solutions from core concept to Proof-of-Value (PoV) and collaborate to scale them into robust production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and demonstrate rapid **GenAI and Agentic AI PoCs** to internal customers under fast-paced schedules.
• Utilize low-code, no-code, and developer SDKs to create robust GenAI agents that automate complex business operations.
• Embed and integrate custom Copilot agents directly into primary enterprise business platforms such as **Workday and Microsoft Teams**.
• Apply advanced AI integration architectural patterns, including building and managing **Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers** to connect agents securely to internal data tools.
• Develop comprehensive system documentation, including strict testing models and validation procedures.
• Manage small-to-medium digital transformation initiatives under minimal supervision utilizing **Agile methodology**.
• Support the enterprise AI CoE in user training, engagement, and accelerating internal AI Toolkit adoption.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience developing and actively deploying GenAI and AI/ML solutions to production environments.
• Platform Mastery: High proficiency across the **Microsoft Azure GenAI ecosystem (Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio)** and the Power Platform.
• Technical Knowledge: Practical experience applying advanced agentic architectures, including tool calling via MCP servers.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Technical Assets:

• Advanced programming capabilities using **Python and SQL**.
• Hands-on data architecture experience with at least one enterprise system: **Snowflake, Azure Fabric (One Lake), or PostgreSQL**.
• Experience building collaborative interfaces in SharePoint and complex automation workflows via Power Automate.
