Position Purpose

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to start, build, and manage this new professional/staffing services consulting division from our Lucknow office. This role offers the autonomy of strategic growth and is perfect for a senior or mid-career practitioner who wants to build a global business footprint from the ground up, leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dual-Scope Focus: Act actively in client-facing business development (generating new logos) while simultaneously managing a fulfillment team of recruiters.
• International Markets Management: Target and scale contract and permanent cross-border placement solutions across the USA, UK, APAC, and Australia regions.
• Contracting Operations: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT contractors, deploying ad-hoc resources as well as dedicated project squads.
• Practice Building: Hire, mentor, groom, and retain a high-performing team of resource delivery specialists and sales executives.
• Strategic Alignment: Partner directly with the CEO to set commercial objectives and define market penetration plays.

Qualifications & Skill Set:

• Experience: 5+ years of solid experience in tech recruitment, with a proven track record in contract, permanent, and contract-to-permanent hiring models.
• Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA degree.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of international contract tech compliance, cross-border sourcing, and remote deployment timelines.
