Role Summary:

InRhythm is seeking a highly motivated, senior-level **Full Life Cycle Technical Recruiter** to help double the size of the company over the next year. Working alongside Account Managers, Sales, and the Executive Leadership Team, you will design and implement scalable talent acquisition frameworks to source, vet, and close bar-raising digital consultants globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment pipelines for Architects, Full-Stack Engineers, DevOps/Cloud Specialists, and UI/UX Designers.
  • Consult with senior leaders to map out short-term and long-term human capital strategies.
  • Execute advanced candidate sourcing strategies beyond traditional job boards using sophisticated Boolean search and X-ray techniques.
  • Maintain, analyze, and optimize daily recruitment metrics (calls made, candidates sourced, Time-to-Fill).
  • Manage the entire interview lifecycle, including pre-screening, stakeholder alignment, and complex salary negotiations up to the close.
  • Build and deploy automated reachout campaigns to scale talent acquisition pipelines.
  • Act as an InRhythm Brand Ambassador at technical meetups and industry events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 12+ years of professional-level corporate technical recruiting experience within a complex, modern consulting or digital transformation product consultancy environment.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep expertise vetting elite engineering talent and running data-driven reachout campaigns.
  • Tools: Familiarity with advanced sourcing platforms like SeekOut, Hiretual (Findem), and automated outreach engines.
  • Education: College degree focusing on HR, Marketing, or Computer Science preferred.
